In recent years attention has been directed toward the synthesis of modified sugars wherein the oxygen atom in the sugar ring is replaced by sulfur, selenium or phosphorus. The reaction of chloroacetyl chloride and triethylamine with a chiral imine derived from the combination of methyl glyoxylate and protected L-threonine gave two optically active α-amino acid derivatives with a cis-substituted β-lactam skeleton in a 72:28 ratio. A Zr-based metal-organic framework has been synthesized and employed as a catalyst for photochemical carbon dioxide reduction coupled with water oxidation. The catalyst shows significant carbon dioxide reduction property with concomitant water oxidation. The catalyst has broad visible light as well as UV light absorption property, which is further confirmed from electronic absorption spectroscopy. Formic acid was the only reduced product from carbon dioxide with a turn-over frequency (TOF) of 0.69 h−1 in addition to oxygen, which was produced with a TOF of 0.54 h−1. No external photosensitizer is used and the ligand itself acts as the light harvester. The efficient and selective photochemical carbon dioxide reduction to formic acid with concomitant water oxidation using Zr-based MOF as catalyst is thus demonstrated here.  相似文献

In this paper a multi choice stochastic transportation problem is considered where the supply and demand parameters of the constraints follow extreme value distribution. Some of the cost coefficients of the objective function are multi-choice type. At first all the probabilistic constraints are transformed into deterministic constraints. Further using the binary variables, multi-choice type cost coefficients are handled. Then the transformed problem is considered as a deterministic multi-choice transportation problem. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the solution procedure.  相似文献

Abstract

A simplified procedure for the synthesis of acetochloroneuraminic acid is described starting from the methyl ester. N-acetyl neuraminic acid α-allyl glycoside was prepared in high yield using silver salicylate as catalyst. Reductive ozonolysis of the allyl group, followed by direct reductive ami nation to protein carriers, gave immunogenic neoglycoproteins. Copolymerization of the α-allyl glycoside with acrylamide produced a water-soluble pseudopolysaccharide useful for the EL ISA technique.  相似文献

This study focuses on the deposition and growth mode of rhodium (Rh) on gold (Au) seed nanorods (NRs). Using a combination of scanning transmission electron microscopy imaging, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, we show that Rh deposition results in an uneven overlayer morphology on the Au NR seeds, with a tendency for Rh deposition to occur preferentially on the Au NR ends. The results suggest that complex and kinetically driven metal-metal interactions take place in this system.  相似文献
